RCU operates as a religious institution exempt under Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes. Through annual verification accepted by the Commission for Independent Education within the Florida Department of Education, RCU has met the requirements of state law as a religious institution and is not subject to governmental oversight under that provision.
It is important to note that RCU does not make any claims, whether implied or otherwise, that our educational programs, courses, or curricula are identical to those offered by secular state colleges and universities.
